The counter is coming to Atlanta. A sushi chef arrives at your home and works in front of you, serving the best of the day's catch, piece by piece. The artistry of the sushi counter, brought home and shaped to the occasion, for two or for twenty-five.

In Japan, omakase rests on a simple covenant: the guest entrusts the meal to the chef, and the chef answers with the best of that day: that fish, that season, that moment. The tradition has a name for it: ichi-go ichi-e, one time, one meeting. A meal that will never happen the same way twice. It's that moment we bring to your table.

We're assembling a small, vetted collective of Atlanta's most talented independent sushi chefs, the same way we did in Nashville, matching one chef to your occasion, in your own home. An intimate omakase for two for a date night or proposal, a seated chef-curated tasting for an anniversary or rehearsal dinner, or a live sushi station working the room for a bachelorette weekend or birthday. No restaurant reservation, no traveling celebrity chef's calendar. Just a craftsman, your kitchen, and an evening made once, for you.
