We keep only a handful of these on the calendar. The Counter for Two is taken by request and set when the right chef is free, so the evening is yours alone, unhurried and unshared. When it is the night you have in mind, ask, and we will arrange it.

There is a particular kind of quiet that settles over a counter set for two. No dining room to share, no reservation clock, no table turning behind you. Just a chef working the day's best fish in front of the two of you, one considered piece at a time. It is the whole point of omakase, made small and made private.

It's why The Counter for Two is our most requested way to mark the evenings that deserve it: a first date that wants to become a story, an anniversary, a proposal planned down to the last piece of nigiri. Your chef reads the pace of the night and lets it unfold: ichi-go ichi-e, one time, one meeting, an evening made once for the two of you.

Everything but the table is handled. Your chef brings the fish, the ingredients, and their own tools, and takes care of preparation, service, and cleanup. You provide the kitchen and the company.
