Some occasions ask for a room of people around one table: the anniversary that has earned a celebration, the rehearsal dinner the night before everything changes, the birthday that marks a real number. The Omakase Table is built for exactly those. Your guests are seated, and the chef works the counter in front of them, sending out course after course at the pace the evening wants.

It is the whole counter experience without the restaurant around it: no reservation to chase six weeks out, no dining room to share, no clock. Just a chef reading the table and a menu that could only have happened on that day, with those people, in your home. Ichi-go ichi-e: one evening, made once.

Your chef brings the fish, the ingredients, and their tools, and handles preparation, service, and cleanup. You bring the table and the people who belong at it.
